W.A. Landreth founded Vaquero Ventures along with Brian C. Williams and is focused on project budgeting, construction and development of stores and evaluating strategic opportunities to expand locations for clients. W.A. previously was a Vice President with The PNL Companies, a real estate venture capital fund with offices in Fort Worth and Dallas. While at PNL, the Fund managed a $100MM real estate portfolio with assets throughout the southwest United States. He was responsible for the redevelopment and management of the former 1,200,000 SF RadioShack headquarters located in downtown Fort Worth. Prior to being Vice President, he was an Associate within PNL’s Dallas office working on property acquisitions and loan originations. He began his career with Crescent Real Estate Equities Company working on the acquisitions and dispositions team and was a project manager for a 275,000 SF office development (Howard Hughes Center) in Las Vegas, NV. W.A. graduated from Southern Methodist University, where he was a University Scholar and received a Finance and Real Estate degree from the Cox School of Business. W.A. resides in Fort Worth with his wife, Regan, and two children, Will and Sarita.
